Always remember, get your nation to not do business with those who break the rules.
If a company does not follow the law, do not use their products. Yes SpaceX is a good case. They break worker law, environmental protection etc. And their products are basicly unmatched currently pricewise.
But if they ignore the nations laws who they work for, why would you continue this business relation?

Point still holds, we are giving them even profits over noncompliance in a lot of cases. So yes, we should never ever rely on single suppliers, even tho keeping multiple players in game is expensive.
And now Musk is abusing his plattform for foreign politics, again.
Btw where is the line in US law about contractors in government positions defining policy?
