I've made two Container issues for #PHPStorm (and #JetBrains overall) that should fix some whoes on remote development.

@kirillrakhman Well, even if its not a publicly traded company, it doesn't mean its not rid of investors and shareholders. I wonder how deep the rabbit hole goes.
