There is a great book called "Creativity Inc" that talks about how important it is to allow for some mistakes if one wants to be creative.
We are hobbyists, not a corporate environment. Have fun, ask questions, future users will have the same questions, and will be searching Discord for the answers to the questions. you asked.

@rasur Yes. "Creativity Inc" by the Pixar staff is about how one has to make a lot of bad jokes to find one good one. But in general it applies to all types of creativity.
For example, only 1 of 10 startups is a success.

@PythonLinks sorry.. colloquial english for (in this context) "a good read" (but it can have a variety of meanings, come to think of it, and not all of them entirely positive, sorry for not being clearer).
