Anyone have a good weight lifting plan for #cyclists they like?

@miketieden CrossFit is not cycling specific, but works well. (For me)
@miketieden Not cycling specific but these worked well for me as additions to cycling. I did Enter the Kettlebell (basically clean and press, and snatch with kettlebell - just requires a kettlebell) for 2 years, and doing Convict Conditioning (bodyweight based - only requires something like a hanging bar for pullups and core work) for a year now.
