I was googling to better understand the history and usage of the terms pollutocrat/pollutocracy and found this piece published few days after Trump's 1st inauguration

of course. The term pollutocracy is not exclusive. Looking at the cabinet the second Trump cabinet will also be a kakistocracy in the purest meaning of the term
