#3dprinting my ender 3 v2 is making weird noises at the start. sounds like its coming from the extruder? not causing any problems yet. anyone know whats going on?

edit: should probably specify, its like rly loud clicking noises

@ariatheroyal My fan sometimes is very loud for a bit until it gets warmed up. I've even replaced it and the new one does the same thing. Maybe a better quality fan would help.
@ariatheroyal if this is while printing, check the rotation of the extruder while printing, if it looks like the stepper tries to turn and then "clicks" it's skipping steps, which is generally because of problems/restrictions somewhere in the filament path, hand feeling filament can sometimes tell you where the issues is (pinched Bowden tube, cracked extruder, filament debris in extruder, partially blocked nozzle, etc)
@ariatheroyal the fan maybe having a hard time to start? That happens sometimes on mine. You can test by blowing into the extruder fan when it starts making these noises. If that's stops the noise, that's it.

@ariatheroyal
My first guess would be a stepper motor that needs to struggle a little more than it's supposed to. The extruder might need a good cleaning/service.

Could also be something completely different...
