#Walz in Minnesota:

"Look, folks: I know this is a hard moment. It's hard to lose. It's hard to understand how so many of our fellow citizens—people Democrats have long fought to help—wound up choosing the path they did."

"So if you're feeling deflated and discouraged today, I want you to know that I get it … Take care of yourself. Take care of your loved ones. Take care of your community. There are a million ways to make a difference—get back in the fight when you're ready."

@GottaLaff

I have made a lot of like-minded woke friends here. This connection could turn out to be our lifeline when things get intense. Stay connected. Appreciate this community where the racist trolls are efficiently extinguished. Thank the administrators.

Heal somehow. Learn a new skill, learn to cook better, revamp your exercise routine.

The Republicans may wind up destroying our country but don't let them ruin your life. Find meaning somehow to keep you in the fight.

@66gardeners @GottaLaff Things to learn that have advantages going forward are the areas of communications (get your ham radio license!), operational security (how to avoid leaving data trails, how to use computers safely in a potentially adversarial environment) and history (what happened during the 30s and 40s in Europe and how does it map to the 21st century).

@phoenixgee @GottaLaff

Absolutely, strive to come out a better person on the other side. Don't let them beat you down.

@66gardeners That’s the spirit! @phoenixgee
@GottaLaff @66gardeners @phoenixgee @GottaLaff My favorite Aldo Leopold quote: "That the situation appears hopeless should not prevent us from doing our best.” My “best” may vary day to day 🙂 but stay engaged is a good plan.
