I love AK Press so I'm very unashamedly biased towards them.

I haven't read any of these but I've got my eye set on Emergent Strategy, Joyful Militancy and Practicing New Worlds.

@pezmico Practising New Worlds looks good. I have a few other AK press books I want but I’ve put off buying them because I haven’t had time to read them. Feels like I should pick them up anyway.

@alpinefolk @pezmico I'm a little bit into Practising New Worlds and it is very good. Definitely good to read Emergent Strategy first though to have more context of where its coming from. So its nice to see them both available in this promotion!

@alpinefolk @pezmico I remember being pretty blown away by emergent strategy when I read it but it's quite a few years ago now - could be worth a re-read. So far Practising new worlds feels like getting more concrete with it and showing examples how the ideas from emergent strategy can be put into action.

As long as they show up in your account you should be able to download them, even later if the promo ends.

Entirely agree it’s rather incongruous given the subject matter though!
