Three days after being released from the rehab/nursing home, mom is not only trucking along with her walker, she made shredded BBQ chicken for our dinner. Everything wears her out, but she’s better each day. A caregiver will be needed after I return home, but I am hopeful she will be able to return to independent living. Go mom! #COPD #hyponatremia
