I see comments that canceling your #WashingtonPost Post or LA Times subscriptions will only hurt journalists, not the owners.

I disagree. Money is the only message Billionaires understand, and a message needs to be sent.

Having said this, yes, we still need to support journalists. Therefore, my recommendation is that you, instead, support The New Republic and The Guardian. This way you make a statement the Post and Times will understand, and you continue supporting Journalism.

Are there other recommendations?

I agree 90%, but don't think even money matters. Musk has proven that wielding social control is worth tens of billions in losses.

So, when the owner shows us what they intend their media to become, the only option is to destroy it's credibility by removing our accounts.

1000% agree that we should shift our money to continue support for GOOD journalism. In addition to yours, I add ProPublica and many great investigatives gone independent, like Judd Legum.
