I'm not an immigration law expert, but, in general, obtaining naturalization through fraud or misrepresentation can result in deportation of naturalized citizens. It's hard to see how Musk became naturalized without lying about this somewhere in the process.

@maxkennerly @SpaceLifeForm Fine with me. Then we make a law that limits the amount of foreign ownership in any American company. Boom. He’s out of our hair. He might also have to pay capital gains to expatriate his stock.
