I believe Israel managed to attack a few Iranian sites not visible by the public. But overall this was just a dry run to test Iranian air defense and their locations as well as sending a signal to Iran that they can and will attack Iran if they want to.

With Jordan opening it's airspace and Iraq lacking any ability to intercept Israeli drones, fighter jets or missiles, Israel can (with protection provided by US Air Force) attack almost any site in Iran and safely return home, or sacrifice a few Hermes drones to deliver modified bunker buster 2000 pound bombs.

But the big question is, will they be able to defend against several hundred Iranian missiles, if Iran decides to retaliate by targeting Israeli infrastructure, power stations, oil refineries and gas and oil platforms?

Even with THAAD systems in place, Israel can't handle another swarm of missiles coming from Iran and possibly with coordinated attacks from Lebanon and Iraq this time

I hope we don't get to that point, but Netanyahu doesn't seem to show any sign of slowing down and he knows Trump or Harris means that he will have unlimited support from not only US, but almost entire NATO to fight the "evil mullahs in Iran".
