I'm also kinda wondering if f someone who has a membership in the Conservative Party of Canada is even eligible to be the leader of the federal Liberals ... 🤣 #bcpoli #cdnpoli

Conservative Journal of Canada :
"Former BC Premier Christy Clark told an audience in Edmonton that she has purchased a membership in the Conservative Party of Canada."

@AlisonCreekside @Snowshadow Not entirely, but there were a few grey ones in our history. For example, Charest leaping from federal PCs to provincial Liberals and recently trying to go back again.

Huh, unrelated but TIL Charest worked as a consultant on behalf of Huawei during the Meng Wanzhou case.

@zazzoo @Snowshadow Actually Clark joined the fed Cons to vote for Charest in the CPC leadership race.
Back when she was premier and CSIS Richard Fadden was talking about provincial politicians in the West being compromised by China, quite a bit was written about her ties & endless trade junkets to China, but mostly how she looked the other way as Chinese drug money was laundered thru BC casinos.

Wow! now *there* is a development to give one whiplash!

M Clark is involved in Aaron Gunn's take-over of the #BCCons, and presumably at least the other two false-flag conservative parties in #NBPoli and #SKPoli to take over "Conservative" provincial politics.

For any #CPC / big 'C' Conservatives, watch your provincial party. This is a billionaire's take over, with a 'take no prisoner's' approach - possibly $$ backed by #RU.
