myrmepropagandistWorking in a fast food restaurant requires, punctuality, good social skills, the ability to be calm under pressure, and some parts of the job are dangerous. Is he really qualified? Also, I don't think most franchises will hire those with a felony. Which isn't always fair IMO, but if someone has a history of stealing from work possibly justified.
