The secret 100-year lease with the Austrian spa company that #DougFord has signed would cost $30-million to kill, if done in the next few months.
👉 But will be almost impossible to cancel once construction is under way, requiring a 15 year wait and hundreds of millions.
This is a terrible deal for the people of #Ontario. No wonder the Ford #Conservative govt refused to release the details until it was too late to stop the deal.
