SofiaA handy UI trick I've learned over the years: colored backgrounds! Not for the aesthetic (oh God no haha) but to identify out padding and spacing

If I recall there’s an easy way to roll this into a SwiftUI .modifier. (Perhaps I’m wrong, but I should figure that one out, because that good be *really* useful).
