@Vegematic The Ontario taxpayer is ponying up the billions needed to build (and maintain in perpetuity) this foolish, underwater parkade. Therme refused. Doug said, sure, no problem the province can pick up the tab. And I'll throw in a 100 year lease.🤦

@Vegematic Doug does consider the spa healthcare. Its being sold as a family wellbeing & entertainment destination. Plus he's throwing in a mini Science Centre to fill the education quota. /s
