btdorn@SwiftOnSecurity they make cheap medication caps that reset a timer when you open the bottle, so it always shows “time since last opened”. Invaluable.
MidwintersTomb@btdorn @SwiftOnSecurity These are fantastic. If I didn't have them, I'd probably double dose regularly, because my afternoon dose tends to almost always be during a meeting, and then I can't remember if I took it or not by the time the meeting ends.
