As a member of the cult of The Watcher, his main role is to facilitate charitable events to raise money and awareness for these in need. Delemmak’s current focus is improving the lifestyles of those suffering in the Twin Cities.

A spectral collar would appear on a mage, with a matching ring in his hand, and would cause pain whenever they would use any magic.
