As is a Stadler built new U-Bahn for Berlin - for the narrow profile lines. This is built super solidly, and is more roomy than existing designs. Impressive design. #Innotrans
There’s an Alstom Coradia Max EMU. Mix of single and double deck carriages. Inside it feels cramped - feels like they’re trying to cram in too many seats. #Innotrans

This is just delusion. Macedonia has 7 operational trains, TOTAL, I was told in June. 3 multiple units, 4 freight locomotives. The problem is NOT operations first and foremost, but operations and maintenance. #Innotrans

Just a year ago I visited a Dutch bicycle factory that didn't have bicycle parking. "Uhm, you CYCLED here? From a train station? Well, uhm, maybe park behind the building near the freight docks".
I've visited two coffee factories where all coffee machines were stocked by a competitor. :-)
The one that I genuinely didn't understand was the animal free "meat" factory with a cantina serving meat products daily. And no vegan options. #ffs

markus@jon @Pepijn @yrrsinn That said, while I have complaints about #scotrail being consistently between 1 and 4 minutes late on a 55 minute route, they've been quite reliable over the last 5 months commuting into Edinburgh.
I can only remember 2 canceled trains (so i was >30 minutes late) and 2 or three times where I was 15 minutes late or so.

Sam@sintzoff due to a severe allergy to common people Mr Reynders can only travel on a personal train, directly from inside his office to the conference. He also requested to have a Michelin star chef serve diner on his personal train. Unfortunately SNCB wasn't able to honour Mr. Reynders request and he was therefore forced to use a chauffeur driven car. I'm sure you agree, it was beyond his control. @Pepijn @jon
