So my spouse planted way too many hot pepper plants. And they've done really well. So I went looking for recipes I could make to use up tomatoes & habanero peppers. So I found a recipe for spicy tomato jam.

Using ONE hot pepper for 5 lbs of tomatoes. LOL.

1 pepper down, several hundred to go!

My source for local fruit is outside my door! But the #$@! squirrels ate all the peaches from our trees this year!! I may have some leftover in the freezer, though. I'll definitely try that.
