So my spouse planted way too many hot pepper plants. And they've done really well. So I went looking for recipes I could make to use up tomatoes & habanero peppers. So I found a recipe for spicy tomato jam.

Using ONE hot pepper for 5 lbs of tomatoes. LOL.

1 pepper down, several hundred to go!

OMG this jam is INCREDIBLE. It'll be so good on a grilled cheese!

My modifications: one habanero, whole, simmered with the jam instead of red pepper flakes, and a pinch of cardamom instead of cloves.
