A lesson I've stubbornly had to learn over and over this last year: when I'm mentally/emotionally down, getting physically reconnected to my body really, REALLY helps. Acro yoga is something I never thought I could do, but it's becoming a big part of my life.

@AnthonyBaker Did he? I have no idea! But it's so much fun. Always liked yoga, but doing it with a partner is everything.
