I remember dropping me daughter off for her first day of childcare (she started after Lockdown/turning three) and I was an absolute mess and she handled it incredibly.
Well he’s been excited about it for ages, as we’ve been building up to it so it’s not a surprise. Obviously there were a lot of people there and everything is new so he was a bit apprehensive about going in. His teacher did great though, as she just encouraged him to go in which he did and then we left. He was so excited to tell us about his morning when we picked him up and he’s looking forward to it again tomorrow.

It's a big step, but if he's anything like my daughter it's going to be night and day in a few weeks. It's like having a firmware update on them.
