Yes, you can.
BTW, we in Italy had a full proportional electoral system for decades and yet:
1. some people still managed to support parties that did not elect anyone
2. flaws and manipulations grew more and more to the point that changing to a different system was felt as necessary

Because:

1. People who prefer to pursue division in the name of perfection always exist and are the best allies of bad politicians

"Speaking to The Intercept in 2017, she said the notion that it was an "intimate roundtable" was "mythology," and that Putin and his associates "weren't at the table for very long."
