Yeah it seems like a gotcha, but they would tell you you are not eating fertilized eggs in a heartbeat. Not on their side, just saying.
But would they let you eat fertilised eggs?
You wouldn’t want to, but if you want to, ask for balut.
It’s not a problem as long as the eggs weren’t incubated for too long. It will take for a while before anything visible developes
And otherwise it is just more proteins
