Help Anthony Get Through His Disability Benefits Appeals

This is a continuation of my efforts to raise survival funds to get through my medical and financial dilemma until I can restore my Disability benefits. I am currently unemployed and unable to work due to a chronic medical condition (POTS) that causes dizziness and fainting spells whenever I face physical or emotional stress. Because of this, I had to resign from my former job of 20 years in 2023 after using up all of my sick leave and PTO pay. I did receive Long-Term Disability payments from then on due to my former job's benefit plan, but the insurance company handling that plan determined on their own that I was no longer disabled by their standards, and discontinued the payments in January of this year. My appeal to restore the insurance payments was denied in May; therefore I have been totally dependent on crowdfunding for basic survival funds, while I seek Federal/state disability benefits through SSI/SSDI. That is currently being processed; however, that still leaves me with no income to pay my expenses and bills until my case is resolved. My doctor has repeated stated that I am not in any condition to return to active work due to my medical status, but she has been ignored for whatever reason by authorities. The basic needs and expenses are as follows: $600 for rent (paid biweekly, $300/2 week period) $450/month for cable/Internet/voice/land phone $200 for wireless/mobile phone/text/data $300 for other miscellaneous bills and contingencies for monthly doctor appointments $200 for purchasing food Therefore, the initial goal of $2,000 covers all those needs. I ultimately plan to register for Social Security and Medicare in May of 2026, when I reach the minimum age of eligibility; but until then unless I am approved for SSI/SSDI; I am totally dependent on crowdfunding like this for survival. You all have been so great for me throughout this struggle; hopefully you will continue your generosity. Thank you all for your support.

I really am starting to think I am being shadow banned here because of these crowdfunding toots.

I am getting fewer and fewer RT's, and they all are from the same moots that usually boost me.

Getting more and more discouraged every day.

And, still need the funds so I avoid more landlord/eviction drama come Monday. Plus, critical bills and purchasing food.

Please, if you can, help me.

Critical situation now upgraded to EMERGENCY SITUATION, because landlord is being especially beeeactchy early about the rent getting paid or I get booted out Monday, and I have no funds right now for getting food to take my meds with or pay some past due bills.

Any help I can get at this particular time would be especially appreciated and welcomed.

Significant progress since this morning.

$140 in donations now put me $100 short of clearing the rent. Still must be finished RIGHT NOW so I can pay the rent TODAY.

PLUS, another $150 helps me pay off some overdue bills.

Keep it a 'coming, folks!! Your help is working!!

@mutualaid

Terrific.

So now, more bills are coming in, and they are eating up the balance on my card that I had stored to pay the rent.

So, now, I am $200 short for the rent, and that may go even higher based on how many more bills come in and get debited off my card.

And, it's still due TOMORROW MORNING or I still can get evicted.

Can't catch any damn breaks!! Poopz!!! 💩💩💩

(Update: got a slight reprieve until tonight; need $300 right now to clear the rent: could use more for other bills and purchasing food.)

I now only have until tonight to come up with $300 in order to pay my rent, or I am out on the streets homeless. There is no way I can survive that way. Seriously, if anyone out there can help me, now is the time. I am really, really, scared.

@mutualaid

Rolling the goal back to $300 because I am getting fvcking sick & tired of getting donations cancelled out by incoming bills getting debited off my paycard. It is hopeless when you are up against it and you have to worry about having enough on your card to withdraw, only to have your card debited with incoming bills.

Anyway, if you can help me, please do. I really am up against it.
