This is very much a from-scratch recipe rather than the usual canna soup plus canna veg plus other processed thing process, which today I love because I have time for it and getting busy in the kitchen is my jam, but I can see where those shortcuts might go.

@john_chu Aye-aye!

It's in the oven now, and I'm contemplating the clean-up.

This recipe as written definitely requires a YES to the question "Have you got all afternoon so you can fit a nap in afterward?" So it's definitely going to be a sometimes thing.

Will report back when the baking is done!
