...so I made some nuclear tofu. 🌶🍛 It's supposed to be 1/2 as spicy as a reaper, but like, what's half of infinity? To be honest the flavour is poor, which I have felt about all super-hot peppers, except for the reaper. 🔥😅 The sweat is from the heat of the stove, I swear.
🌶 A funny thing about having eaten a carolina reaper: there's no more fear of the unknown with chili peppers.
How hot the worst it can be is no mystery. It's more like... do I have room in my schedule for this much spice?
I probably don't wanna mess with capsaicin extract tho.
