Unlike the 'Power Ups' program this seems to be nationwide, available for everyone with a smart meter. Even on the Agile tariff.

@rayrob Additional info people might want - you have to go into your Octopus account and sign up from there. The Free Electric form is getting a lot of load - I had to do it three times before it registered.

@green_bens Cheers. Worked straight away for me although I did get routed through a Google anti-bot page first due to 'A large number of connections from my IP address'. That seems unlikely since it referenced my laptop IPv6 address.
Still all worked in the end.
