#OctopusEnergy customers, is there any way to export your usage date as a .csv anywhere? TIA

Octopus Energy are really starting to get on my tits.

Another electricity bill today, and that's 5 in a row in which they didn't credit my account for the electricity I'm exporting from my solar panels.

I made a formal complaint about this at the end of April, so if that happens next month as well then it's Ombudsman time.

Es ist vollbracht. #OctopusEnergy hat sich für die lange Bearbeitungszeit entschuldigt und uns rückwirkend zum Vertragsbeginn auf den finalen Go-Tarif umgestellt.

Die Abrechnung nach Modul 3 folgt leider erst mit der Jahresabrechnung. Wir kommen dann zwischen 0 und 5 Uhr auf 12 Cent / kWh Brutto.

At the end of the heating season I have £387 credit on my #energy account and now #OctopusEnergy is increasing the monthly payments. WTF? Last October they were sitting on £924 of my money. #bills

My car is set to charge from 1.30pm to 5pm via Octopus Intelligent Go. I normally do a force discharge of my home batteries between 4pm and 7pm. This means it will overlap by an hour. Can I export and the car charge at the same time?

My home battery cannot see the car charger and the car will not charge from the home battery.
