I finally have IPv6 support from my mobile provider - TalkHome Mobile (UK)!
I woke up this morning to see a new 'VoLTE' icon on my phone. Checked the status and see an IPv6 address on the mobile interface for the first time, and it works. Woohoo!
On the downside, I currently cannot receive SMS messages and the provider's app is broken. Hopefully this is just over-running maintenance.
Everyone should put this in their GitHub status. Mine is "GitHub is still not reachable over IPv6."

I just added 6 more, probably the final, animal drawing rewards for St Jude.

Just spent a few hours trying out website monitoring services. The vast majority had either no IPv6 support or only used IPv6 where there was only an AAAA record.
Finally found exactly what I needed in https://updown.io/r/1sExw
(referral link, I get some extra credits).
Checks both IPv4 & IPv6 connectivity if DNS records present for both and includes warnings for certificate and domain expiry. EU-based. 100,000 checks for free then modest fees. No credit card etc. needed to sign up.
