In the last 7 days I have been in 6 states, attended two separate conventions, did 4 media interviews, ran a funeral and a wake, drove 16 hours, took somebody to the hospital, and cleaned a reality tv level unsafe hoarder home. I also have somebody's remains on my kitchen counter and no idea what to do with them.
No, I'm not okay.

There is no shame in acknowledging that you are not OK. I wish I had your courage to do that when I needed to admit not being OK few years back.
