It's been pointed out that we T-takers, trans-men, transmascs, non-binary people who want testosterone for whatever reason, have not been bringing our experiences of it to the fedi the way those taking E do.

So I'm gonna start sharing some #earlyTMemories with the tags #tDiary and #testosteroneDiary (going to do some reviving of the #LiamsTJourney tag while I'm at it)

Hopefully these things will catch on eventually, so those looking to hear our stories can find 'em. It's so reassuring to hear the stories of others when you're looking into taking a big step like starting taking testosterone.

edit: credit to @erosdiscordia for the idea and the hashtags.

@SocialGaff go awff baby! You can count on me for a boost.

@SocialGaff Hell yeah! For what it's worth, as an E-taker married to a T-taker, seeing y'all take joy in your transitions is something I find a lot of happiness in as well, so I'm 100% behind y'all.

There's something really amazing about seeing the things I disliked about my body growing up being a source of joy and comfort for someone else. Also, it's nice seeing other people being happy lol.

So yeah, even if I'm not the intended demographic, you've already brightened one person's day!

@ALWETP
I love getting to watch people exploring femininity, and also the physical aspects of E and enjoying it. It's beautiful to witness people *enjoying things*, and particularly things about themselves.

I'm glad that I can brighten your day too!

.. is your partner on fedi anywhere?

@SocialGaff Awesome!

And no, they're more of a Tumblr person, but they "stalk" (their words, not mine) my account pretty regularly.

@SocialGaff

Sounds awesome! I have a family member who may start T soon and I would love to hear more about your experiences and especially your joy 😊

@SocialGaff  following these hashtags! thank you! i'm glad i complained today
@erosdiscordia

@erosdiscordia @forestine
y'all, apparently people *really* want to support this idea.
I don't keep track of how many boosts etc things get typically, but like.. as of this post it's at 169 boosts. What the hell?!

I was not prepared for how many follow requests I was gonna get from this lol

@SocialGaff @erosdiscordia

That was kinda true on Twitter(RIP) in the day, and as an ally, I kinda wondered where all the trans-T was. Black Twitter has lots of a very different kind of Tea.

Both kinda are best when it's first person sharing, so I wish you well in this endeavor, and think it's an awesome idea.

There are two trans-men that I know IRL at work, and their journeys have been so vastly different. I hope the hashtags will prompt a great community of sharing.
