@asem_alaa Thanks for bringing this to my attention. This is very interesting indeed.

As for a workshop with stakeholders in Egypt, I'm not sure there's any possibility to affect public policy now, but it is never a bad idea to bring such issues to the attention of the civil society and the few active politicians, in preparation for the next window of opportunity for change.
