DM advice: A cool way to incorporate each PCs "ideal, bond and flaw", is to grant them "passions" once per day.
If a character does smth that is heavily tied to one of those three, they gain advantage on the roll. I.e. the PCs flaw is "If I see something I like, I try to acquire it", they might gain advantage on a Sleight of Hand check to steal a valuable object, or gain advantage on a deception check to pass themselves off as the rightful owner of the object.
