i have been informed that the linux version in a "default whisky bottle just works" on macOS

i'm gonna be real and admit i have no idea what that means, but hopefully this will be useful information for those of you wanting to play kitsune tails on mac

@efi @eniko If mac users use whisky to play on Steam, are there any factors that may somehow invalidate the play hours or reviews from counting towards the algorithm or whatever like a gifted purchase would...?

if they do it on wine/whisky the OS reported is still the host, not the emulated one

@Dreamship @eniko well, thankfully steam is rather competent when it comes down to obtaining metrics and don't do any obtuse shit like that (which some other services do) so using linux, mac, or a toaster is fine as long as it uses the steam api correctly, which depends more on the game than what it's run on, honestly
