Before you listen to someone who says "Jasper will be rebuilt".

Remember Lytton. Still not rebuilt. And you also can't rebuild history.

The world could have prevented this. Now we watch towns burn and still there are governments, including our own, making excuses for fossil fuels. Some Judges are putting climate protesters behind bars

@chris Add Merrit & a few other small towns affected to that list too. Several of my friends have not been helped much & still living without any home security. They have been living in motels, campsites & out of vehicles since floods & wildfires - from over a year ago.

@chris Start building your personal & community support & nearby community supports NOW. Don't wait for any government to help you out (see my post above). Government won't help you much - they'll promise to help you for public PR points while abandoning & not helping you, when cameras are off. You can't depend on government to give any shits about you or your family. Start making alternative help supports NOW, if you haven't done it already.
