@danslerush they are really great machines. Go with the 5 plus with 32GB RAM. A bit on the expensive side but they are worth it.

@danslerush yeah I specifically go with the 32GB models and spend more on them because the RAM comes in handy for so many things. I mean, the 16GB models are great as well.

If you do get them just remember they need a unique power adapter. Even the “official” adapter at 5v4a does not supply enough power. I use 5v5a which seems to work fine.

But it wouldn’t surprise me if it power throttles under load and really needs 5v6a, but good luck finding an adapter for that.

@simplycorbett Are you using it for a workstation or an in-house server ? Doesn't it get too hot ?
@danslerush I use several as a server. It does get hot but you can get after market hestsinks+fan. I went with a case as well.
