@BarbChamberlain FWIW, I found this difficult to figure out as speed limits where I live are measured in km/hour. If you want to make this international, I recommend you also include metric speed limits.

@Shanmonster @BarbChamberlain 1.6x. So 20mph -> 32kph (30kph), 25mph -> 50kph, 35mph -> 56kph (55kph), 50kph -> 80kph.

@dr2chase @Shanmonster It isn't my survey. I should have noted intended audience is going to be people who see speed limits posted in miles per hour. International comparison would be great though!
