Suggested additional paragraph to the Mastodon Litany:

I must not reply. Replying is the mind-killer. Replying is the little-death that brings total obliteration.

I will face the bad take. I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

When the take has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

For I will have muted or blocked the stupid arsehole and thus not bothered my instance moderators or otherwise sought to weaponise moderation
