two other notes from my LBS visit:
1. Urban Arrow is running a $1000 off sale on the remaining Family models in preparation for the recently refreshed models that come out later this year in the US. I think this is a great deal for what you get and everyone should buy a #cargobike.

2. I wanted to buy a spare tube for my Haul ST but they were sold out. I wonder if these things are prone to flats? I’ve had one in >700 miles and it was a pain.
