Okay, bad things happened.
My spouse has informed me that I “basically made pizza dough” - it’s not bad, but it’s definitely not focaccia.
(We tore it into pieces and dipped it into tomato basil sauce.)

@Yuriel to be fair, I REALLY wanted focaccia so I am actually kinda sad about it? But definitely a salvageable fail.
