@popcornreel leaving is the most elitist thing one can do. It takes such privilege to do it- most of us couldn’t even if we wanted to. I think you’re right. It’s like white flight-Neighborhood is changing - better run. I just don’t know how to fight this particular brand of awful. Where do I start? All my usual approaches seem so not enough.

@TisTree @popcornreel I don't hate white people. Some of my best friends are white.

My statement is an objective fact. There are an amazing number of white people who state their plans to move..somewhere..as their solution to political problems here in the U.S.

Noting that, and its futility, isn't hateful, at all.

Your defensiveness is...interesting, though.
