Just asinine. Black folk don’t cut and run. We migrate across the US even as many white people don’t want us here. When they’ve burned down our homes. Lynched us. That thread: Give me an effing break. We are PATRIOTS. We believe in this country much more than many white MFERS do.

@popcornreel leaving is the most elitist thing one can do. It takes such privilege to do it- most of us couldn’t even if we wanted to. I think you’re right. It’s like white flight-Neighborhood is changing - better run. I just don’t know how to fight this particular brand of awful. Where do I start? All my usual approaches seem so not enough.
