Does anyone have any good examples of how different Early Access games handle version control and release branch structure?

@amassingham
You van check fortnite branching strategy.
They basically have:
Release n
Release n+1
Release n+2
Main
Whatever is pushed to Release n+i is automatically pushed to the other release branches and in main.
It let's you fix stuff in the release branch, stabilize in the next release when needed and keep on working freely in your main branch.
You can easily find info on this online
