@JuliusGoat The pivot that drives me nuts is them admitting things have happened but minimizing personal impact "Yeah but really, how has *your* life been affected?"

1st, I reject the premise that if my neighbor to the left has been legally fired for being gay and my neighbor to the right is being abruptly deported after living here 40 years that I'd have nothing to complain about.

2nd, even in their some people aren't people / $ > everything calculus, unpredictable upheaval is bad for markets
