The Supreme Court has given themselves the power to make policy decisions that supersede the experts at federal agencies and the elected members of Congress. And there’s no doubt the MAGA SCOTUS will wield that power to roll back our rights even further. We cannot allow this power grab to go unchecked. Congress must uphold our Constitution and fight back by instituting structural reforms — including expanding the Court — to unrig the court and rein in the MAGA supermajority.
