We, the developers of Bethesda Game Studios Montreal, are proud to announce that, today, we celebrate filing for certification with the Quebec Labour Board with the intention of unionizing with CWA Canada and joining the broader CWA Union family.

While unionizing hasn't prevented layoffs outright at Sega, AEGIS-CWA has absolutely negotiated for the people affected to get a much better deal, and forced management to treat them with more respect, and accountability, when doing so.

I hope you all get to plan and have some cool events with your teammates as part of this, it really helps bring everyone together

@ratsprite Thank you! Yours was one example we were given of quick gains and more fairness shortly after unionizing. Hoping for more of that in the industry going forward!
