While unionizing hasn't prevented layoffs outright at Sega, AEGIS-CWA has absolutely negotiated for the people affected to get a much better deal, and forced management to treat them with more respect, and accountability, when doing so.
I hope you all get to plan and have some cool events with your teammates as part of this, it really helps bring everyone together
